ROLEX MONTE-CARLO MASTERS 2022 COVID Health Measures
According to the announcement made by the French government on 24th January 2022, the vaccination pass is mandatory to access spaces open to the public such as stadiums and sporting events, for persons aged 16 and over.
The vaccination pass consists in presenting, either in digital or paper format, the necessary health proof amongst the three following cases (only one of the 3 suffices):
- A vaccination certificate, provided that people have received the complete vaccination procedure,
- A valid Covid recovery certificate,
- A certificate of contraindication to vaccination. (A certificate of medical contraindication preventing vaccination may soon enable the issuing of a QR code to be presented in places where a vaccination pass is required).
Teenagers aged 12 to 15 are not subject to the vaccination pass. In places where the “vaccination pass” is required, they will be able to continue to present a “health pass” including a negative PCR or antigen test of less than 24 hours.
To determine the validity of the vaccination pass, the documents of proof (paper or digital format) bear a QR code, which will be flashed using the “TousAntiCovid Verif” application by the relevant event organisers concerned with checking passes. This code alone will determine the right of access to the tournament.
It is compulsory to wear a mask inside the tournament site.
These health measures are subject to any change in the law until April 17, 2022.
