By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and accept the PJF Terms.

The winner of this prize will win the opportunity to virtually meet Levi Roots for a video call. The virtual meeting will be mutually agreed with Levi Roots and the winner at a time to be confirmed and shall last no less than 5 (five) minutes.

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • This Sweepstakes prize is open to entrants worldwide (subject to the remaining terms of these Official Rules).
  • The winner shall be entitled to one call (the “Call”) with Levi Roots to last no less than 5 (five) minutes. The Call shall occur on a date to be confirmed at a time to be confirmed, such date and time to be notified to the winner reasonably in advance of the Call. The winner must be available for the Call at the scheduled date and time.
  • The Charity and Levi Roots shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Call is a video call, to be held via a web-based platform at the Charity/Levi Roots’ absolute discretion. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure that they have the necessary technical requirements to enable them to join and participate in the Call. If a video call is not possible, the Charity /Levi Roots shall be entitled to hold the Call as a voice call only.
  • The winner (or any person on the winner’s behalf) shall not under any circumstances record the Call (including via film, voice record, photos, in writing or otherwise) in any format or medium.
  • The winner may be invited, in advance of the Call, to submit a limited number of questions to ask Levi Roots during the Call. The Charity /Levi Roots cannot make any guarantees that an/all questions submitted in advance will be answered during the Call.
  • The Call may be introduced and ended by one or more Levi Roots/the Charity representatives; who may also remain on the call for its entire duration.
  • No person other than the winner as selected may participate in the Call whether on the winner’s behalf or otherwise without Levi Roots and the Charity’s prior written approval which shall be given at Levi Roots’/ the Charity’s sole and absolute discretion (unless the winner is under the age of 18, in which case the winner must be supervised by a parent, or legal guardian at all times during the Call).
  • If for any reason the winner is unable to attend the Call (including due to technical issues, unavailability due to illness or otherwise), the Charity and/or Levi Roots shall be under no obligation to re-schedule the Call.
  • If for any reason whatsoever Levi Roots is unable to attend the Call (including due to technical issues, unavailability due to illness or otherwise) on the scheduled date/time, the Charity will use its reasonable endeavours to re-schedule the Call and shall inform the winner of the re-scheduled date and time reasonably in advance of the re-scheduled Call.
  • If the Call is interrupted, cut short or does not last 5 minutes for any reason whatsoever (including due to technical issues)  the Charity and/or Levi Roots shall be under no obligation to re-connect the Call or re-schedule the Call for another date/time.
  • The Charity and/or Levi Roots may end the Call at any time for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, in the event of inappropriate, offensive or unacceptable language and/or behavior by the winner on the Call as determined by the Charity or Levi Roots at their absolute discretion, or the winner on the call is in breach of, or is believed to be in breach of, any of these terms and conditions.
  • Any advice, opinion or any other content of the Call shall not constitute formal business, legal or any other form of professional advice or opinion of any kind.
  • Each of the Charity and Levi Roots may, at their absolute discretion, record the Call in any format and by any method for security and/or legal purposes. 
  • Each winner grants separately to each of the Charity and Levi Roots a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free right to use any content or other matter discussed during the Call in any publicity, promotional activity or other purposes and waives any moral or other right to be identified as a participant in the Call.
  • The prize is final and non-transferrable. No substitute prize shall be offered.
