A Cure for Freyja

In the days surrounding Christmas 2016 everything changed for Liz and her three daughters. The normal end-of-year, pre-Christmas rush seemed the obvious reason why her lively youngest, 5 year old Freyja, had quietened down. Sadly that wasn’t the case. A mother's intuition compelled Liz to seek out specialist medical opinion and before long this small bump on Freyja’s neck, barely visible at the time, grew into what we now know is a Clear-cell Sarcoma.

Diagnosis of this type of cancer is extremely rare in children and the race is on to find a cure for Freyja. The journey towards a cure is an extremely hard one in so many ways for poor little Freyja and the family.

Liz’s family and friends have joined together to raise funds to assist the family financially so they can focus on Freyja and her sisters. We greatly value all and every contribution as we seek A Cure for Freyja.
