Coram Beanstalk, Kidscape and The Reading Agency
TO PAINT A DEADLY PICTURE is a charity art project featuring specially commissioned artworks inspired by James Bond novels, including classics by Sir Ian Fleming, as well as the latest two books by Anthony Horowitz.
The artwork was exhibited at Bletchley Park in 2018 and is now being sold in support of three UK charities nominated by Horowitz and fellow writers Charlie Higson and Steve Cole, the authors of the ‘Young Bond’ series of novels.
Coram Beanstalk
Coram Beanstalk is a national charity that provides one-to-one literacy support to children who struggle with their reading. The charity recruits, trains and supports volunteers to provide one-to-one literacy support in primary schools and early years settings.
Kidscape
Kidscape is the anti-bullying charity that helps.
6% of children experience severe bullying. We work directly with children and families experiencing bullying. We empower children and families with confidence and assertiveness to stop bullying. We provide practical support to parents worried about bullying. We train professionals in bullying prevention and intervention.
The Reading Agency is a national charity that tackles life's big challenges through the proven power of reading. We work closely with partners to develop and deliver programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds. The Reading Agency is funded by Arts Council England.
