Dress for Success Milan

Dress for Success Milan's mission is to help women in difficulty to successfully face job interviews in order to start a path towards economic independence.

In particular, we have four purposes:

• Helping women to prepare for interviews (write the CV, know how to tell it and face the interview).
• To act as a support network for the beneficiaries (for example by creating moments of encounter between them and with women mentors).
• Support them (with training workshops) during their career.
We will advise women who ask us on how to search for potential job offers (for example, on which sites to register or how to create their own Linkedin profile).
• Provide them with professional clothing for the interview and for work and give advice on how to introduce themselves.

We are part of a global movement that promotes the enterprise, initiative and creativity of women, to promote gender equality and female empowerment.
