Fondazione Brescia Musei is responsible for the increase, preservation, and exhibition of goods pertaining to museum collections, while promoting their knowledge and dissemination.

The increase of the collections is achieved through the purchase of works available on the market, or the donation or long-term deposit of privately owned works.

Conservation is achieved through the promotion of restoration work and the activation of scheduled maintenance campaigns conducted daily on facilities and structures.

The promotion of knowledge and dissemination is based on research activities, the rich and varied proposal of educational services aimed at different audiences, the production of temporary exhibition events and the management of loans to exhibitions organized by third parties.
