Michael's personal journey to sobriety in 1994, despite the tragic loss of his father to addiction, sparked a transformation within his family. Witnessing the transformative power of recovery, his mother and brothers also found the courage to break free from the cycle of addiction.

This powerful journey inspired the creation of The Kasmar Foundation. We believe that everyone deserves access to the transformative potential of recovery. In response to the escalating addiction crisis, we offer financial assistance for addiction treatment, establish safe recovery houses, and have goals to create comprehensive treatment and detox facilities.
