Shania Kids Can

After growing up in poverty and isolation, country super star Shania Twain created Shania Kids Can to provide children, youth and their families with services and support that promote positive change in times of crises and economic hardship.

Shania vowed long ago to help children who are experiencing the same suffering she did as a child. Growing up, Shania faced economic and social barriers that affected her academic performance and overall school experience.

“By supporting these children at a primary age, by teaching them to become responsible, confident, proactive members of their school community, they will have a much better chance at personal success in the future, these children will grow to be adults who are in a better place and position to contribute positively to society.”
