Terms and Conditions
1) To be collected on the day of the event or delivered after the event at a cost to the winner.
2) Kindly note if you are unable to collect your auction on the night, we are happy to arrange delivery. Please be advised that delivery costs will be the responsbility of the buyer.
3) Failure to claim prize within 6 months of the winner being notified of their entitlement, shall result in the prize being vested in the charity to use for future fundraising purposes.

The right to reject under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act does not apply. Specifically, sections 9 and 10 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply. In any event, CharityStars' liability to the buyer is limited to the auction price and the purchase fee paid.
