Meet Federico Grom at the organic farm Mura Mura.
Federico Grom, 41 years old from Turin, manages corporate finance and is responsible for the Grom ice cream stores and the well-being of the staff who work there.
Grom is a chain of ice cream parlors founded in Turin in 2003. The company founders are Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom.
The company opened its first restaurant in Piazza Paleocapa in Turin in May 2003. Since then, the brand has spread to thirty-four Italian cities with forty-five ice cream parlors and nine abroad (Dubai, Jakarta, Hollywood, Malibu, New York, Osaka, Paris, London and Lisbon).
Mura Mura is an organic farm located between Langhe and Monferrato founded by Guido and Federico. The name, which means "slowly" in Malagasy, the language of Madagascar, is applied to the fruit that is grown here, respecting nature and its rhythms, breathing in good air and learning about plants.
Mura Mura experiments on strawberries, melons, apricots, figs, peaches and pears to find the best ingredients to turn into sorbets, popsicles and granitas. Once this process is complete, these fruits are grown on the farm or by trusted consortiums that have been carefully selected over the years.
Peaches, pears, figs and apricots are grown at Mura Mura without using products that can be harmful to our health.
