A week’s stay in a beautiful 10 bedroom villa in Mongonissi, Paxos

This auction is for a week stay in a beautiful 10 bedroom villa in Paxos (suitable for up to 16 people). The house has everything you could ask for: two master bedrooms, eight twin and double rooms, open plan living area, designer kitchen with all the mod cons, and a home cinema. With beautiful terraces, a seawater swimming pool, BBQ, and table tennis to name just a few things, there is plenty to keep everyone occupied.

Your stay will be all about enjoyment and relaxation. A couple are there to look after the house and garden. The houseis located right on the sea with no immediate neighbours. There is a private access to the sea from the house and you are able to swim off the rocks below the house. The nearest beach of Mogonissi, which is sandy, is only a 5 minute walk from the villa through a gorgeous rocky cove. There is also a swim-ladder from the rocks into the sea. The estate is close to Gaios which is a 12 minute drive, it has great places to eat and drink, it is a buzzing little town. It is only a 20 minute drive up to the north of the island where Loggos and Lakka also offer their share of fabulous eateries. The island is small and manageable. It is possible to walk to Gaios (along the small road) in about 45 minutes. Swim off the rocks below the house... once there keep your eyes open, you may spot one of the island's elusive large turtles in the crystal clear water, or even a dolphin or two!

There is also an opportunity to hire a 38ft motor-yacht with skipper for two days in the week.

Bidding Conditions: This auction allows the user with the highest bid at the end of the online auction to obtain the right to participate by proxy at the Wine to Water gala live auction on the 30 November 2015, where the item will be auctioned. The highest bidder from the live auction at the event will be deemed the auction winner. The highest online bidder may give permission for CharityStars to bid on their behalf, up to a maximum amount which will have been set by the user. More information on how to bid will be given to the highest online bidder when the online auction has closed.

Conditions: One week stay in either May or September 2016 - the exact dates are to be confirmed with the owners. To get there, fly to Corfu (number of flights from London and regional airports). From Corfu there is a 1 hour hydrofoil or you can arrange a private water taxi. Upon request a private 38 ft motor-yacht with skipper can be available for rent harboured in the private beach in Mogonissi (5 min walk from house)
