L'icona classica dell'abat-jour da comodino viene rivisitata dalla tecnologia di Kartell per trasformarsi in prodotto industriale in svariate tonalità cromatiche. La forma di Take nasce dalla congiunzione di due parti speculari: due lastre piatte, rettangolari che da bidimensionali al centro assumono la forma e il volume della "semi-lampada". La plissettatura interna del diffusore impreziosisce l'oggetto creando, quando accesa, un gioco di riflessi.
