Quest’edizione speciale del Vintage 2022 è un tributo a Madame Clicquot e al suo spirito visionario.
Il Vintage è elaborato dalla raccolta di uve di una sola annata; la sua possenza, conferitagli dalla predominanza di Pinot Noir, è ammorbidita dall’eleganza dello Chardonnay. Per esprimere al meglio le sue caratteristiche, il Vintage 2002 è stato concepito soltanto in grandi formati.
ASSEMBLAGGIO: 60% di Pinot Noir, 7% di Pinot Meunier e 33% di Chardonnay.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE: il Vintage 2002 presenta un tenue colore dorato, con accenti argentei. L’aspetto è brillante, l’effervescenza vivace e persistente. Al naso è molto aperto, puro, complesso. Lo Chardonnay dona al vino fini aromi minerali accompagnati da gradevoli note fiorite d’acacia. Aerato, il bouquet rivela accordi di frutti a polpa gialla e di brioche e marzapane.
