The Serie A TIM 2021/22 medal, a replica version of the one given to the AC Milan players and staff to celebrate the 2021/22 championship victory.

On May 22, 2022 Milan beat Sassuolo 3-0 at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia, with two goals by Giroud and a goal by Kessié, and won the 19th championship in their history, eleven years after their last triumph. Milan closed the championship with 86 points (the club's best score ever).
