Rafael Alexandre da Conceição Leão, known simply as Rafael Leão (Almada, 10 June 1999), is a Portuguese footballer of Angolan origin, striker for AC Milan and the Portuguese national team. Raised in Sporting Lisbon, where he made his debut and won a Portuguese League Cup, he moved to Lille in 2018. After just one season with the French side he was bought by AC Milan, where he won an Italian championship. On an individual level, he was named Serie A best player and AIC best overall player.
AC Milan and Puma presented the new fourth shirt in collaboration with the Parisian brand Koché. A collection that combines the unmistakable and ambitious design of Koché, the tradition and innovative character of AC Milan and the sportswear experience of Puma, in a unique mix of styles and values. The collection was created in a limited edition with the recovery of unused and completely reworked football shirts.
