Rafael Alexandre da Conceição Leão, known simply as Rafael Leão, is a Portuguese footballer and striker for AC Milan and the Portuguese national team. Graduating from Sporting CP youth system, Leão made his first-team debut in 2018. In summer he moved to Lille, but just a year later he was bought by AC Milan. From the 2023/24 season he wears the number 10 jersey.
Leão has signed the shirt on the back, making it a unique collector's item.
