Medhi Benatia is a Moroccan-born French former footballer who played as a defender. After his experiences in the French minor leagues he went on to play for Udinese, Roma, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Al-Duhail and Fatih Karagümrük, winning a total of two German championships, a German Cup, two Italian championships, two Italian Cups, an Italian Super Cup, a Qatari championship and a Cup of the Emir of Qatar.
