Dennis Nicolaas Maria Bergkamp is a Dutch sports manager, football manager and former footballer who played as a striker or midfielder. Regarded as one of the greatest players of his generation, he ranks 34th in World Soccer magazine's list of the best footballers of the 20th century. In 1992 and 1993 he reached the podium for the Ballon d'Or. In his career he played for Ajax, Inter Milan and Arsenal, winning several trophies including a Dutch championship, two Dutch Cups, one Dutch Super Cup, one UEFA Cup and one Cup Winners' Cup with Ajax, one UEFA Cup with Inter and three English championships, four FA Cups and four Charity Shields with the Gunners. With the Dutch national team he played 79 games scoring 37 goals, placing himself as third highest goalscorer.
The piece of memorabilia was given to former England defender Sol Campbell.
