The 1 November 1997, Juventus celebrated the centenary of its foundation. For this reason, it presented a jersey in the style of the first uniform used by the Bianconeri in 1897.

During the club's centenary celebrations on 23 July 1997, this jersey, personalised with the name and number of goalkeeper Dado Caciotto, was donated to him, who later gave it to a Juventus Club.
