Official Team Gresini racing E moto cap with Fausto Gresini embroidered signature (One Size).
The cap bears a tribute to Fausto Gresini, Italian motorcycle racer and sports manager, two-time world champion in the 125 class who founded the Gresini Racing team.
Fausto Gresini was a star of the racing world, twice champion in the 125cc class, in 1985 and in 1987 with the then unbeatable Garelli. At the end of his professional career, Gresini established one of the most important teams, the Gresini team. Today the team is a point of reference in every class of the world championship.
After retiring from racing, Fausto Gresini had a great career as a manager, founding a team that is now a leader in all classes, from Moto3 to MotoGP, winner of the World Championship in 250 with Daijiro Kato (2001), in Moto2 with Toni Elias (2010), in Moto3 with Jorge Martin (2018) and in MotoE with Matteo Ferrari in 2019. A team that competes in 250, 500, Moto2, Moto3 and MotoGP with riders such as Alex Barros, Tony Elias, Loris Capirossi, Daijiro Kato, Marco Melandri, Marco Simoncelli, Sete Gibernau, Alex De Angelis, Jorge Martin and Matteo Ferrari. Fausto enjoyed many victories, but also great pain such as the loss of Kato at Suzuka in 2003 and Simoncelli in the race in Malaysia in 2011.
