If books are food for the mind then here’s 'Unti e Bisunti', a book by the eclectic and tattooed chef who stars in the cult TV show on DMAX (channel 52) dedicated to street food, Chef Rubio. 

Gabriele Rubio or as we all know him: Chef Rubio, has decided to action the first autographed copy of his journal which retraces his travels in Italy, through taste, tidbits, anecdotes and personal memories of the culinary challenges from the first edition of his program.

And that’s not all. Everyone knows that chef Rubio likes to get his hands into the food in order to get to know the flavors, the history and the culture hidden in every recipe and in every ingredient. And so it’s for this reason that he is also auctioning his official chef’s uniform along with the book.

So you can use it whenever you want to get your hands dirty and prepare something tasty for yourself or for your loved ones, because cooking is an act of love and generosity.
