Take home this blue Italy national football team home shirt, version from a match against Spain played in the Semi-Final of the UEFA Nations League Finals 2021, for Juventus FC defender Giorgio Chiellini.
The game was played at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milan on October 6, 2021 and ended in a 2-1 win to Spain.
