Take home the book by the Italian rowing champion Bruno Mascarenhas!
This is "Five Olympic Circles", a book written by Bruno Mascarenhas, Olympic champion of the Italian national rowing team, signed by Mascarenhas himself.
Bruno Mascarenhas is an Olympic medalist rower (2004), coach, sports commentator, speaker and trainer.
Born in Lisbon in 1981, he moved to Rome with his family at the age of 10. He began rowing at the Circolo Canottieri Roma in 1994 and achieved international fame with his Olympic successes.
After his retirement from competitive activity in 2011, Mascarenhas became technical sports director of the Circolo Canottieri Roma. In 2020 he was chosen as a sports commentator for Rai Sport and in 2021 he participated in his third Olympics, in Tokyo, as a commentator and on-site correspondent.
Mascarenhas is also a motivator and trainer. He is the author of two books, "Five Olympic Rings" and "Commando", and holds conferences and training courses on leadership, team building and personal development.
Spirit of solidarity and altruism, which have always characterized Mascarenhas, led him to found in 2023, together with other athletes and personalities from the world of culture and entertainment, the charity association "Miti dello sport" with the commitment to promote charitable initiatives and raise public awareness. Of note is the project at the Rebibbia penitentiary institute in Rome "Rebibbia & Sport" to support and involve prisoners and penitentiary staff.
