Fleetwood Mac, the iconic British-American rock band, traces its roots back to London in 1967. Founded by guitarists and vocalists Peter Green and Jeremy Spencer, along with drummer Mick Fleetwood, the band's evolution included the temporary bassist Bob Brunning before John McVie solidified the lineup in time for their eponymous debut album. In 1968, Danny Kirwan joined as a third guitarist and vocalist. The band's journey also saw the addition of keyboardist and vocalist Christine Perfect, who initially contributed as a session musician while part of Chicken Shack. After marrying McVie, she became a full-fledged member in 1970, earning the moniker Christine McVie.
