Robert Kelly Slater is an American surfer. Robert Kelly Slater is an 11-time World Surfing Champion, sponsored by Quiksilver since 1999, he is arguably one of the best known surfers in the world. He also appeared in the popular Baywatch television series. He is the surfer who has won the most individual titles and contests ever, and is the only athlete on the ASP world tour to have been both the youngest surfing world champion (20 years, in 1992) and the oldest (39 years, in 2011). He later won the 2016 Billabong Pro Tahiti.

The right to reject under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act does not apply. Specifically, sections 9 and 10 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply. In any event, CharityStars' liability to the buyer is limited to the auction price and the purchase fee paid.
