The game was played on July 11, 2021 at Wembley in London and ended in victory for Roberto Mancini's Italy. 53 years after Ferruccio Valcareggi led Italy to victory, the country became European Champions once more.
Jorginho is a Brazilian naturalized Italian footballer, midfielder for Arsenal and for the Italian national team, European champion in 2021. He grew up in the Verona youth academy where he made his first team debut in 2009 and played until January from 2014, when he was signed by Napoli; there he won an Italian Cup and an Italian Super Cup in four years. From 2018 to 2023 he played for Chelsea, where he won a Europa League, a Champions League, a European Super Cup and a Club World Cup.
