Match issued Test Shirt, signed and worn by Aki for the official Lions 2021 squad headshots on player meeting day - the first time players meet ahead of the Tour and wear the official kit for the first time.

Born in New Zealand, Ireland centre Aki stood out at Manurewa High School, a place renowned for producing talented players. He then made a huge impression for provincial side Counties Manukau and then Super Rugby outfit the Chiefs.

Aki featured heavily as the Chiefs won their second title in a row in 2013, scoring 4 tries from 15 appearances as he gained his big move to Connacht. He became integral, earning the Players' Player of the Season award after a stunning campaign which saw Connacht claim a sensational first ever PRO12 title in 2016. A collection of 6 outstanding tries, as well as being a real presence in the tackle, Aki stood out as a rare talent to watch. It didn’t take long for Ireland to take notice and, after completing the 3 year residency period in 2017, he was named in their autumn internationals squad. He made an immediate impact – 17 tackles as Ireland recorded their biggest winning margin over South Africa in their 38-3 victory.

Aki has become a central figure across his near 4 years of international rugby, making 31 appearances with 5 tries. In the 2018 Six Nations Aki featured in every game as Ireland took the Grand Slam, scoring two tries. Since, he featured in Ireland’s successful Australia tour as well as their first win on home soil against New Zealand before featuring in his side’s run to the 2019 Rugby World Cup quarter-finals.

His carrying power and good handling have elevated him to the top of the world game.

Get your hands on this official shirt, unwashed and signed, this is a special memento with certificate of authenticity.
