Match issued Test jersey, signed and worn by Courtney Lawes for the official Lions 2021 squad headshots on player meeting day - the first time players meet ahead of the Tour and the day they wear the official kit for the very first time.

A gigantic second row with pace and power, Lawes played a pivotal role off the bench in both the second and third Tests on his first Lions Tour in 2017. His impact helped the Lions achieve the famous Series draw against the All Blacks.

An England regular, approaching 100 Test caps, Lawes spent his entire club career at Saints and broke through in 2008 – quickly establishing his reputation for being one of the hardest tacklers in the game. He saw early success helping Saints return to the Premiership in 2008 and reaching the final of the Junior World Cup with England Under-20s in 2009. Soon after, Lawes made his international debut – coming off the bench for the final 12 minutes as England lost 18-9 to Australia at Twickenham. Two years later, Lawes was part of Martin Johnson’s squad that went to the 2011 Rugby World Cup – starting two pool stage matches as England’s campaign was ended in the quarter-finals.

Under Stuart Lancaster, Lawes became a key figure as England finished second in four straight Six Nations before starting the first two matches of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. He was at the heart of the England side which won back-to-back Six Nations titles in 2016 and 2017, with his tackling and ball carrying major features of their success. Lawes was also instrumental in England’s run to the 2019 Rugby World Cup final and playing at blindside flanker in their 2020 Six Nations title win.

Get your hands on this official Lions Test jersey; unwashed and signed, this is a special memento, complete with certificate of authenticity.
