Roberto Scala was born on October 13, 1968 in Sorrento, Italy. In 1992 he graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, under the guidance of Luciano Fabro, Bruno Benuzzi and Diego Esposito.
He is currently Professor of Art and Image at the Comprehensive Institute of Churches of the Autonomous Province of Trento, he has taught Painting Disciplines for 2 years at the State Institute of Art of Pozza di Fassa in the province of Trento.
He has taken part in more than 800 international exhibitions of painting, sculpture, Mail Art, email art, Visual Poetry, artist stamps, installations, performances and Video art.
