Primož Roglič is a Slovenian road cyclist, born on October 29, 1989 in Trbovlje, Slovenia. He is known for his climbing and time trial skills. Roglič started his cycling career as a ski jumper, taking part in international competitions. Later, he moved to road cycling, showing exceptional talent.
Roglič has achieved a number of successes throughout his career, but rose to prominence in 2019 when he won the Giro d'Italia, one of cycling's three Grand Tours. In 2023, Roglič took victory again in the Giro d'Italia, proving his dominance on Italian roads and confirming his status as one of the best cyclists in the world.
In addition to his Giro d'Italia victories, Roglič has achieved a number of other successes, including several stages in the Tour de France and Vuelta a España. He is known for his aggressive riding style, determination and ability to tackle the toughest climbs. Roglič is an athlete admired for his dedication, endurance and work ethic, and continues to be a major figure on the professional cycling scene.
