One of the top chefs in the UK, Vivek Singh, is offering the incredible opportunity of teaching you how he creates some of his world-renowned dishes in an interactive masterclass - combining fresh ingredients with exotic spices to create award-winning dishes. The masterclass will be followed by a 3-course meal, with paired wines, in the private dining room at Cinnamon Kitchen for a party of up to 8 people. Renowned for his strong and passionate flavours, Vivek's cooking will amaze all.

As the author of a number of highly acclaimed cookery books and the executive chef at The Cinnamon Club and The Cinnamon Kitchen, Vivek Singh is one of the UK's best-known Indian chefs. His innovative approach to spices combined with his modern take on Indian food, aims to change peoples' perceptions of Indian food. His food and technique is truly superb.
