Nicknamed "The Manimal", Kenneth's off the court commitment to giving back has won him the Kia Community Assist Award for February in recognition of his outstanding efforts in the community and his ongoing philanthropic and charitable work with his HAT Foundation at the Giving Back Fund.

The Kenneth Faried HAT Foundation at The Giving Back Fund looks to promote youth opportunity and achievement through participation in basketball and other athletic endeavors. The HAT Foundation supports youth in Kenneth’s home communities with coaching, mentorship, and experiences that increase their motivation and readiness to compete and succeed at an elite level — on the court, in the classroom, and beyond.
