Dreaming is necessary - The words of Ayrton Senna lit up the streets of Imola, Italy from October 2020 to mark the return of Formula 1 after a 14-year hiatus and continue to animate the city's historic center along a route that takes in some of the city's finest attractions as it leads to the Autodromo.
Imola and the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo and Dino Ferrari in particular always held a special place Ayrton Senna's heart, one of the most extraordinary and best-loved drivers in the history of Formula 1 and world motor racing. Before that last fatal San Marino Grand Prix on May 1, 1994, the Imola circuit had been the setting for some of the most intense moments in the Brazilian driver's sporting career.
Ayrton always took time for those who were suffering. This is one of the reasons why it was decided to auction these lights displaying some of the words uttered by the great driver.
The two meaningful quotes are:

The proceeds from the auction will be donated to local non-profit associations to activate initiatives supporting children, teenagers and young people severely affected by the Covid health and social emergency. Child support was an issue that was important to Ayrton Senna and the Foundation that bears his name continues to carry out work in that field.
