Michele Pazienza (San Severo, 5 August 1982) is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a midfielder, coach of Audace Cerignola. He began his professional football career in 1999 at Foggia, contributing to the promotion to Serie C1. In 2003 he was acquired by Udinese. In the summer of 2005, he went on a two-year loan to Fiorentina, where he totaled 44 appearances in two years. In January 2008 he moved to Napoli for 4.25 million euros and made his debut on 2 February; with the Napoli he also scored his first goal in Serie A. When his contract expired, in the summer of 2011 he moved to Juventus on a free transfer. He didn't find his own role and so went on to spend three seasons at Bologna. He ended his career in Vicenza, Reggiana and Manfredonia.
