Founded on 1 September 1729, Ruinart is the oldest Maison de Champagne. The Chardonnay vine is the soul of the Maison Ruinart, the common thread linking all its Champagnes. Present in high proportions in all the Cuvée, this grape gives life to luminous and intense wines with a unique lightness and great aromatic freshness.
«R» De Ruinart is elegant and fruity, offering a harmonious combination of roundness and a lingering finish.

WORKING: 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir and 11% Meunier from various vintages (20 to 25% from reserve wines from the previous 2 years).
TASTING NOTES: Brilliant and clear yellow colour with golden reflections. Fine, fresh and fruity wine with a very assertive attack on the palate.
