This lot is a cherry sunburst electric guitar autographed by Thom Yorke, Ed O' Brien, Phil Selway, Jonny Greenwood and Colin Greenwood of Radiohead.
English music group Radiohead was founded in 1985 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The band consists of Philip Selway (drums), Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, keyboards, other instruments), Colin Greenwood (bass), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backup vocals), and Thom Yorke (vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards) (drums, percussion). Since 1994, they have collaborated with producer Nigel Godrich and cover artist Stanley Donwood. Alternative rock is said to have advanced thanks to Radiohead's experimental style. Around the world, more than 30 million records by Radiohead have been sold by 2011. Their accomplishments include six Grammy Awards and four Ivor Novello Awards, and they boast five Mercury Prize nominations, the most of any artist. In the UK Singles Chart's top 10, seven Radiohead singles have debuted, including "Creep" (1992) and "Street Spirit (Fade Out)".
