Stan Lee was an American comic book writer, editor, publisher, and producer. He was the primary creative leader at Timely Comics/Marvel Comics for two decades. Lee co-created iconic comic book characters like, Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk, Ant-Man, the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, and many more. He was known to make frequent cameos in Marvel-based films and tv shows. During his lifetime, Lee was inducted into the Will Eisner Award Hall of Fame, the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame, and he received the NEA’s National Medal of Arts award.

The right to reject under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act does not apply. Specifically, sections 9 and 10 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 do not apply. In any event, CharityStars' liability to the buyer is limited to the auction price and the purchase fee paid.
