When it was decided to occupy the old industrial plant that reaches the shoreline it took on a richer significance. On one hand it is a salute to a past that made Laveno world-famous, on the other it has allowed the hotel to develop in total harmony with the landscape.

In the hotel, water plays a leading role thanks to the heated infinity rooftop pool. As you swim along the length of the pool, your gaze is lost in Lake Maggiore, and then you look up to discover the brazen beauty of Monte Sasso del Ferro.

Conditions: The room cannot be requested in the months of July, August, long weekends and public holidays. The reservation of the room will be upon request and according to availability. Tourist taxes and drinks are not included and must be paid on site. The stay is valid only for the 2023 season, which ends on November 5th 2023.
