La prima collezione inedita, Bellavista Franciacorta Vittorio Moretti 80 VM80, dedicata al fondatore Vittorio Moretti, in occasione dell’80esimo compleanno, fa parte di una piccola collezione di 1000 Magnum e 500 Jéroboam numerate, imbottigliate nel formato trasparente della collezione privata della famiglia Moretti.
Una scelta di preziosità in armonia con la natura. Un’etichetta realizzata in seta Serycine, lavorata direttamente dai bachi sull’ovale dell’etichetta, a ricordare il rapporto virtuoso tra Bellavista e gli elementi della natura.
PERLAGE: finissimo e dinamico, con catenelle luminose ben pronunciate a formare una corona sottile regolare e continua.
COLORE: giallo luminoso con riflessi quarzo citrino tenue, lucente e cristallino.
PROFUMO: ampio, estremamente elegante di erbe mediterranee e frutta a pasta bianca perfettamente matura. Complesso nelle note di bergamotto, cedro e frutta tropicale, pietra focaia e incenso. Armoniosi i profumi di mandorla, cioccolato bianco e pasticceria, tipici dello stile Bellavista.
SAPORE: sorprendente. Pieno di energia, setosità ed eleganza, esplosivo e possente nella sua verticalità. Corrispondente al naso nell’armonia tra freschezza ed energia, mineralità e sapidità. Raffinatissima la trama. Estremamente persistente e senza compromessi, lungo e pieno fino al quarto/quarto.
Promette un’evoluzione lunga nel tempo, come è nella stile della riserva Vittorio Moretti.
