VALPOLICELLA SUPERIOR CLASSIC REVIEW

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone and Molinara.

Vinification: before being pressed, the grapes undergo a brief drying for about a month, in order to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

The wine is then passed over in the pomace used to produce amarone where fermentation continues for 5/7 days and finally it is left to refine in oak barrels for 18/24 months and is further refined for 6 months in the bottle.

Characteristics: intense color and aromatic scents.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.

Serving: leave to decant for at least an hour and serve at a temperature of 18°.

Format: 0.75 l Burgundy. and 1.50 l.
