Don't miss your chance to take home this red and black AC Milan home shirt, an official store product from the 1987/88 season, personalized with the number "9" of former Dutch forward Marco Van Basten.
Marcel van Basten, known as Marco (Utrecht, 31 October 1964), is a Dutch football manager and former player, who played as a forward. He is a football ambassador for UEFA. Considered one of the best footballers of all time, he scored 314 goals over the course of his career, which ended prematurely at the age of just 28 due to various injuries with the official announcement of his retirement coming later, in 1995, when the player was 30 years old. A stalwart of Ajax and AC Milan, with the Milan team he was part of an exceptional trio together with compatriots Ruud Gullit and Frank Rijkaard, racking up numerous achievements with the team coached by Arrigo Sacchi and then by Fabio Capello. European champion with the Netherlands in 1988, and also its top scorer, van Basten won three Ballon d'Ors, in 1988, 1989 and 1992. He was named FIFA World Player in 1992.
