Amedeo Rossetto was born in Murano in 1951 to a large family of glass blowers.

His father was a master at creating pearls (murrine) as well as his uncles.

Amedeo learned many precious secrets from his family members. After studying at the Carmini Art Institute of Venice he started working on the island of Murano.

The artistic setting pushed him to personalize his acquired technique, increasingly putting his personal passion into the glass works he created.

In 1964 he was presented with the opportunity to work in the Barovier and Toso furnace. After 6 years he moved to the Cenedese furnace where he learned new techniques from the master Busato. In 1975 he qualified as a Master.

He specialized in filigree and Zanfirico processing, following the ancient Venetian tradition from the 1700s. From 1990 the master Amedeo Rossetto worked at the furnace Eugenio Ferro & C. 1929, producing artistic works using the special "Murrina" technique.

The talented master Amedeo Rossetto has created many unique contemporary artistic objects.
