The END Fund is the leading collaborative philanthropic fund solely dedicated to controlling and eliminating the five most common neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), a group of parasitic and bacterial infectious diseases which continue to affect 1 in 5 people globally.

The END Fund manages a portfolio of programs that are innovative and cost-effective to advance our vision to ensure that people at risk of NTDs have the opportunity to live healthy and prosperous lives. We facilitate strong partnerships with the private sector, government partners, and local implementing partners to collaboratively support national disease programs. This is done through a proven implementation model that is customized to meet the needs of individual countries and includes planning programs, training health workers, mobilizing and treating communities, monitoring and evaluating, and more.

The END Fund is working in partnership with the Reach Campaign's 50 Days to Transform 5 Million Lives initiative. All funds raised will benefit the END Fund and the Reach Campaign's joint efforts to end river blindness and lymphatic filariasis, two painful, debilitating, and disfiguring diseases in 7 countries where over 30 million people are currently affected.
