This is the unique thrill seeking opportunity to go white water rafting down the Olympic Course at Lee Valley, the scene of the 2012 Olympic Medal rush for Team GB.
Throughout the afternoon you will have four runs down the course with a 45 minute ‹Question and Answers› with Gold Medallist.
The event will run for approximately 3 hours.
Groups of 8 (which constitutes a raft full & Athlete & Instructor).
The experience includes:
- All equipment provided
- All instruction provided
- Photographs of the day on a CD
- Each participant must be over 16 and if under the age of 18 must hand in our Parental Consent Form signed by their legal parent/guardian before being able to partake
- All participants must individually weigh under 18 stone
White water activities are an extreme sport, while navigating the Olympic course you could well take a tumble into grade 4 rapids or the Legacy course our grade 3 rapids, so be prepared.
Our bank safety team will be on hand to rescue you and safely help you out of the water before helping you get back to your activity.
