Zico, pseudonym of Arthur Antunes Coimbra, is a Brazilian sports manager, football coach and former footballer, who played as a midfielder, technical director of the Kashima Antlers. Considered one of the best footballers in football history, he occupies 18th place in the special ranking of the best footballers of the 20th century published by World Soccer magazine and 7th place in the FIFA Player of the Century ranking drawn up by FIFA. Mainly linked to Flamengo and the Brazilian national team, in Italy he is also remembered for his brief stint with Udinese. In his career he was elected South American Footballer of the Year three times and in total he played 779 official matches scoring 532 goals, of which 483 with clubs and 49 with Brazil.
