Francesco Lancia and Play for #Fraintesa

And this is precisely why we immediately seized the opportunity to use play as a means of giving support to the causes that are close to our hearts.
From an idea by ​​Francesco Lancia, who will be present at the 14th edition of Play - Festival del Gioco, we have created #Play4Charity, a gaming event that will promote a charity initiative.

Through a charity auction and fundraiser that everyone can take part in, Play and Francesco Lancia will join forces with #Fraintesa together with AIRC.

AIRC Foundation for cancer research supports innovative scientific projects through transparent and constant fundraising, disseminates scientific information and promotes the culture of prevention.

This initiative contributes to the fundraising in memory of Francesca Barbieri, a travel blogger known on the web as Fraintesa, who died in 2021 from breast cancer. In her memory, two two-year scholarships have been set up for young male and female researchers to attend a training course abroad in a laboratory of excellence in the field of oncology.
