Let's Celebrate Giovanni's 5th Birthday by Supporting Save the Children

Dear Friends,

This year, for Christmas and his fifth birthday, we told Giovanni that he might not receive many gifts. Clearly, he wasn't very happy about it. Then we explained why. There are many children just like him, both younger and older, who are less fortunate. So, we asked him if he would agree to give a gift to them this time. Initially, he tried to back out, saying he didn't know the names of these children and therefore didn't know them. Then he mentioned that there are empty seats in his class, and he would ask his teacher if they could join his class. We explained that there are many such children around the world, and it wouldn't be possible to invite them all to his class. We told him they would be very happy if, just this once, the gift was for them. In the end, he seemed convinced and accepted the proposal. Well, we're not entirely sure, but at some point, he asked us to leave him alone.

We thought of Save The Children as the best NGO to give a gift to other children.
