The minimum cost of first year treatment for individuals with a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) is $250,000, and almost none of that is covered by insurance.

Mike is currently the Senior Advisor of Strength and Conditioning to the New York Mets and is the Director of Sports Science and Human Performance for the Detroit Red Wings; he was a former consultant for the Miami Dolphins. He’s also an incredible human.
