Using football as a magnet to engage young people, the City in the Community Foundation delivers a range of award-winning programmes.

Now more than 30 years old, with the support of passionate fans, CITC uses the power of football to deliver inclusive, health and education programmes to thousands of individuals across Greater Manchester each year.
During the season 2017/18, more than 32,000 people across the city were positively impacted by the foundation, through the delivery of over 30,000 sessions.
City in the Community is a fully inclusive foundation, encouraging people to get involved and become more physically active no matter their age, background or fitness level. The foundation is currently engaging with participants aged 2 – 82 years old through their 23 programmes.
