Personal data is changed directly in the account. (edit profile).
Follow the steps below:
1. Click on the profile icon located in the top right corner of the site.
2. From the drop-down menu that appears you can choose the section to update.
Edit profile - allows you to change your email address, password, username and any personal preferences for the account, including subscription to the newsletter
Shipping - allows you to update the shipping address for auctions still in progress. For closed auctions, please contact our Help Center
Billing - you can add or update your billing address
Payment Method - it is possible to modify the data relating to the payment method
Notifications - you can manage notifications relating to auctions
If you don't remember your password, click on the link "Forgot password?" at the time of authentication in the “Log in” and enter your email address. You will receive a recovery email with a link to the page for creating a new password.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please reset your password immediately. If you have reason to suspect a case of fraud, we kindly ask you to report it to the Relevant Authorities and provide us with a copy of the report within a period of 7 working days.
Please note: If we do not receive your report within the above time period, we will ask you to complete payment for any auctions you have won.
